What Gild takes, where every share goes, which parts are locked on-chain and which parts you trust us to do. Written plainly, with our own share included.
The split on every coin
- Creator30%
Paid to the wallet that launched the coin.
- Charity35%
Held in the Gild charity vault for the cause the creator picked, then donated to a registered charity. The creator can change the cause daily.
- Gild treasury35%
Pays for building Gild and whatever we build next.
- HoldersGild tokens every day
Holders are rewarded in Gild tokens every day they hold, on top of the shares above.
How the money moves
Pump.fun pays each coin’s creator fees into a three-way split set at launch. The creator and treasury wallets belong to the people they are named for. The charity vault is run by Gild: it holds the charity share for the cause each creator picked, and Gild donates each cause’s amount to a registered charity. Holders are not paid from fees: Gild sends them Gild tokens from a separate reward wallet.

What is locked and what you trust us with
Daily charity choice and daily holder rewards need a person or a script to move money. We would rather say so than hide it.
Locked at launch
- The three shares and the three wallets, once fee sharing is set. They cannot be changed afterwards.
- Creator and Gild treasury shares go straight to their wallets.
- Anyone can trigger a distribution. It does not depend on Gild being online.
You trust Gild with
- Keeping a public record of how much of the charity vault belongs to each cause, and donating each cause’s amount to its charity.
- Choosing who earns holder rewards and sending the Gild tokens every day, at 00:00 UTC, from a reward wallet we keep funded.
- Only using the causes and charities on the public list below.
How we keep that honest
- Every payout is logged with a transaction link.
- We run each payout as a dry run first and check the amounts before sending.
- Money into the charity vault and money out should match. Every vault is public.
Donations to the charities are made off-chain, through Endaoment. Every donation receipt or confirmation is posted on Gild’s X account. Schedule: To be decided.
Gild wallets
Network: mainnet-beta. These are the wallets Gild runs, and every address is public. SOL balances are read live from Solana and refresh about every minute.

Causes and charities
Creators choose one of three causes. The list is published here and never comes from what a user types in. All causes share the Gild charity vault, and each has a charity that receives its donations. Gild donates as an ordinary donor and is not affiliated with these charities, and they do not endorse Gild. See each cause’s share.

How we donate
- We only donate to registered charities.
- We donate as an ordinary donor. Gild is not affiliated with these charities and they do not endorse Gild.
- Donations are made through Endaoment or directly to the charity.
- The charity vault address is public, and we publish the receipt or confirmation for every donation.
How holders are paid
Holders get Gild tokens, not a share of fees. These rules are a draft and are not final.
- What holders get
- 5,000 Gild tokens per holder, every day they hold, paid at 00:00 UTC.
- Time held
- At least 24 hours before a wallet qualifies for the day’s reward.
- Who is paid
- Up to 100 holders of each coin per day.
- Minimum balance
- 1,000,000 coins.
- Selling
- A wallet that sells out of the coin earns nothing for that day.
- Left out
- The creator wallet, Team wallets, Gild wallets.
- Supply
- Rewards come from the Gild reward wallet, which holds a fixed amount. If it runs low, the rules change and this page says so.
Pump.fun programs
The on-chain programs Gild relies on. They belong to Pump.fun, not to Gild.
