Terms and conditions
By using Gild or launching a coin through it, you agree to these terms. Please read them first.
Last updated 21 October 2026. Draft: not yet reviewed by a lawyer.
What Gild is
Gild is a launchpad built on Pump.fun. It helps you create a coin and splits that coin’s creator fees between its creator, a charity and Gild. Holders are rewarded with Gild tokens.
Gild is software. It is not a bank, an exchange, a broker or an adviser, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Risk
Coins can lose value, and you can lose everything you spend. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
Sample coins, numbers and payouts shown while the site is in preview are not real.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check every transaction before you sign it.
Your wallet
Gild never holds your keys. You sign every launch yourself, and you are responsible for your wallet and your funds.
The fee split is set when a coin launches and cannot be changed afterwards.
Charity payouts
The charity share of every coin is held in the Gild charity vault, and the site records which cause from our list the creator picked each day. Gild donates each cause’s amount to that cause’s charity, for example through Endaoment, and posts the receipt or confirmation on X. We choose charities carefully, but we are not a charity, we are not affiliated with the charities we donate to, they do not endorse Gild, and a donation made through Gild is not tax-deductible for creators or holders.
If a donation cannot be made, for example because a charity stops accepting donations, the money stays in the charity vault until it can be donated to that charity or another charity for the same cause, and we say so on the Transparency page.
Holder rewards
Holders may receive Gild tokens for each day they hold a coin, under the rules on the Transparency page. Those rules can change, for example to stop abuse or if the reward supply runs low, and the page will say so.
Rewards are a bonus, not a promise of any return, and they are not an investment contract.
What you must not do
Do not launch coins that copy someone else’s name, logo or work, impersonate a person or organisation, or contain illegal content.
Do not use Gild to deceive buyers, to launder money, or to get around sanctions or local law. We may remove a coin from our site, but we cannot remove it from the blockchain.
Who can use Gild
You must be an adult where you live and legally allowed to use services like this one. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.
Our responsibility
Gild is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from trading, from bugs, from third-party services such as Pump.fun, Solana or your wallet, or from actions you take.
